Close up. Because I can.
Anonymous asked: what materials do you use for your art? Traditional and digital.
Traditional : Col-Erase for the sketch, and Prismacolor colored pencils for the rest. And an eraser of course :D
Digital : Photoshop, and since a few weeks only, a Cintiq Companion. Which is blowing my mind. Before that I used an Intuos 3.
yattafactory asked: What's been keeping you busy lately? Any cool things to share? :3
I’ve moved from France to London a few months ago, starting a new job, and kind of a new life. So I’m enjoying myself a little, and I can’t really draw new stuff because my computer is still in France and will be shipped a few weeks from now :)
3d interpretation of my Alice by Serina Mo. Thanks to her!!

Anonymous asked: Hello, hummm this may be sudden but i really loved the art you did for ankama, i have a really good friend and i think (aside from him being my friend) he is REALLY good in character design, sadly, as me he is stuck working at an advertising agency and somehow is afraid to take that step into the gaming business. Anyhow, the question is how can he apply (or what does he needs) to companies like ankama?
Well, I’m not really an expert on character design. But I would say a great portfolio is the key, like in any artistic job. He could try to apply to companies that match his style.
It’s been more than 2 years that I left Ankama now, but I remember they hired junior artists with little experience. So I don’t see why he should not try.
Tell your friend not to be afraid to apply, what’s the worst that can happen? And even if it’s hard at first, I’m sure something will come up, if he really wants it. =)
Anyway, I don’t think I’ve been a great help here, sorry :D
